Returns and Exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved Returns or Exchanges will be received in 10-14 business days Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency to our customers. Refunds typically take 7-10 business working days to reflect in your bank account from the date of purchase.

In case you have received a damaged product, you can email to us your query along with a supporting image of the damaged product on connect@kalonagro.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will address your concern in the best possible manner.
